Wickedly Good Witch Hats

Are you ready to start making and baking Halloween recipes all month long?  How about a Wickedly Good Witch Hat?

Hi I'm jen from the blog Craft-O-Maniac, and today I am sharing this delicious and fairly simple recipe using Rhodes Rolls. It's Wickedly Good Witch Hats. Yum!

Step 1: Roll Out the Dough: 8-10 Rhodes Rolls -Let your rolls rise until doubled. Next, on a floured surface roll out your rolls shaping them roughly into a triangle. Finish your shape with your hands, and roll up the bottom of the witch hat a few times and and pinch it down a bit. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 11-12 minutes.

Step 2: Cinnamon Sugar Butter: 4-5 Tbsp of butter melted, 2 1/2 Tbsp of sugar, 2 tsp of cinnamon. Melt your butter in a microwave and add in your sugar and cinnamon, whisk them together. Spread your butter mixture over your witch hats, I used a spatula but a spoon or brush would work great too.

Step 3: Sweet Cream Cheese Drizzle topping: 1 softened package of cream cheese,  1 Tbsp of softened butter,  1 tsp of lemon juice,  1 tsp of vanilla,  1-2 Tbsp of milk,  2-3 cups of Powdered sugar (add more if needed). In a mixer or with a hand held mixer add all your ingredients in your bowl and mix until nice and creamy. Fill a baggie with the mixture snip the very tip of the baggie and drizzle over the witch hats, top to bottom. Enjoy.
