Tomato Focaccia

Try this healthy focaccia as an appetizer or for your main dish. Delicious!

Tomato Focaccia
This recipe is by far one of the simplest recipes I have made in a long time. With only five ingredients and a short cooking time, you will want to make this delicious tomato focaccia for your next dinner. Or if you have a party coming up try serving it as an appetizer.

Tomato Focaccia
  Tomato Focaccia
12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
olive oil
cherry or grape tomatoes
fresh rosemary
sea salt
Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Roll combined rolls into a 10x14-inch rectangle.

Tomato Focaccia
Place in a 9x13-inch sprayed pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.

Remove wrap. Press dough down with fingers to form a dimpled surface. This step is great for young children to help with. My four year old son loved "playing with the food" and is always wanting to help me cook.

Tomato Focaccia
Brush with olive oil.

Tomato Focaccia
Top with tomato halves and fresh rosemary. Sprinkle with sea salt.

Tomato Focaccia
Bake at 350°F 20-30 minutes.

Tomato Focaccia
 Enjoy!
