My family loves this meal! In the words of my five-year-old son, "I love these soooooo much!" He ate four roll ups the first time we made these. Taco Roll Ups - Create a unique twist on taco night with these delicious roll ups.You're going to love how easy these are to make. First, flatten the rolls together to make a rectangle. Taco Roll Ups - Create a unique twist on taco night with these delicious roll ups. Then sprinkle the cooked and prepared taco meat evenly over the dough. Add the cheese right on top of it and look how awesome it looks. Who doesn't love a sea of meat and cheese? Taco Roll Ups - Create a unique twist on taco night with these delicious roll ups. Tightly roll up the dough and cut it into 18 rolls. Then put them on your baking sheets (greased or on silicone mats), let them rise for 45 minutes, and bake. That's it! Serve them with your favorite taco toppings, hot and straight out of the oven. So yummy

Yummy taco ingredients all rolled up in delicious dinner roll dough.

Ingredients

12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
1/2 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
3 tablespoons water
1 1/4 cups grated cheese

Suggested toppings: chopped tomato, chopped onion, guacamole, salsa and sour cream

Instructions

Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine rolls and roll into an 18x12-inch rectangle. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest.

Brown ground beef, drain and add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2 or 3 minutes. Cool slightly. Remove wrap from dough and spread evenly with meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top of meat. Starting with a long edge roll dough tightly . Cut into 18 1-inch slices.

Place cut side down on a sprayed baking sheet. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise about 45 minutes. Remove wrap and bake at 375°F 10-12 minutes. Serve warm topped with desired toppings.
