Sweet Cranberry Rolls

A little sweet and full of tart cranberry flavor, these rolls are perfect for dessert or even a delicious breakfast! Nothing says holidays like these yummy rolls!

It's a special time of year! Time for holiday parties, special breakfasts and endless desserts! To get into the holiday spirit, I decided to make some sweet and tart cranberry rolls! 

These rolls are filled with delicious homemade cranberry sauce, baked until light and fluffy, then topped with a little more of the beautiful red berry sauce and drizzled with cream cheese.

Cranberry Sweet Rolls

The first night we enjoyed them as an indulgent dessert smothered in cream cheese frosting and paired with a mug of hot cocoa. MMMmmm. Luckily, we've had some extra and could have them for breakfast, too!

These rolls are easy to make!

Pull out a loaf of Rhodes bread and let it thaw.

Sweet Cranberry Rolls

Roll it out into a big rectangle and spread a layer of cranberry sauce. We make a double batch of our all-time favorite cranberry sauce every Thanksgiving and it lasts us through the whole holiday season! It's beautiful and adds delicious flavor to everything from turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes to eggs, bacon and pancakes!

Roll the dough up tightly, but be careful not to lose the sauce. You want your rolls to have the sweet and tangy filling. Use a knife or some floss to carefully cut your rolls.

Place your 12 rolls into a baking dish and let cover to rise.

After they've risen, spread melted butter over the top.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce to the top. Pipe some cream cheese frosting over the top to make them pretty and even MORE delicious!

Enjoy a light and fluffy roll as soon as its cool enough to touch with a mug of hot cocoa! Delish!

Cream Cheese Frosting

Thaw your loaf and roll out into a large rectangle. Spread cranberry sauce over the top and roll up! Use a knife or some floss to carefully cut your rolls. Place 12 rolls into a baking dish and let cover to rise.
