Spinach Artichoke Dip Bread

I was inspired to create this appetizer one day when I was watching a commercial and saw a filled bread, I thought of filling a loaf of fresh baked Rhodes Bread with some Spinach Artich...

I am an appetizer girl, I just love to eat a variety of items, in small portions so I have a big variety. I want one or two of each appetizer instead of a full plate of one item. I am also a Spinach Artichoke Dip LOVER!! yum yum! I was inspired to create this appetizer one day when I was watching a commercial and saw a filled bread, I thought that filling a loaf of fresh baked Rhodes Bread with some Spinach Artichoke Dip would be amazing! And it is! I love that this bread can be made sandwich-like, as I have done, or even better, open faced with the dip spread evenly across both halves of bread. That would be delicious!

First, you will need one loaf of Rhodes Bake N Serv Frozen White Bread.

Although I have two loaves out, I reserved one for a large hoagie sandwich, yum! I put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray them with cooking spray so the top of the bread doesn't crust.

Once the bread is thawed, I pulled and stretched the bread into longer loaves.

I then topped those loaves with Fresh Chopped Parsley and Grated Parmesan Cheese.
Image titleLet rise for 30 minutes, then bake at 400 degrees about 25 minutes. Until they are golden brown and thump when you tap them on top.

WOW- don't they look delicious already! Allow them to cool to room temperature, about 30-40 minutes.

Make the Spinach Artichoke Dip. Squeeze the thawed spinach with your hands to remove as much liquid from them as possible. Place them in a bowl, add 1/2 the jar of alfredo sauce, the chopped artichokes, the garlic, the parmesan cheese and the mozzarella cheese. Mix thoroughly.

To prepare the bread, cut it halfway but leave a little of the bread attached.

Scoop out some of the soft bread inside to create a place for the dip.

Fill the bread with the dip, and replace the top of the bread. Wrap in foil and bake again at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Image title

Remove from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil from the bread. Allow to cool about 10 minutes.

Slice with a bread knife and enjoy!
