Spaghetti and Meatball Pizza

" While this pizza may seem a bit out there...I have to admit, it was nice to just set the twirling fork down and pick up a slice! And it tastes absolutely delicious."

This Spaghetti and Meatballs Pizza is the
perfect combination of my kids' two favorite foods...Mama Mia, y'all!
While this pizza may seem a bit out there...I have to admit, it was nice to just set the twirling fork down and pick up a slice! And it tastes absolutely delicious.

Meatballs, cheese, pasta, cheese, yeasty dough, cheese....yeah. Goodness all the way through.

Spaghetti and Meatball Pizza
I love making pizza crusts with Rhodes bread loaves...so easy and they taste FANTASTIC!
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of Rhodes White Bread, thawed
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti noodles (with 1/4 cup pasta sauce mixed in)
- 1/2 cup pasta sauce
- 12 cooked Italian meatballs, sliced in half (I use the frozen kind, but feel free to use your favorite recipe)
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
You'll begin with a thawed loaf of Rhodes White Bread. Start by rolling it out into a 12"-14" circle and place on a pizza pan, sprayed with nonstick spray. Prick with forks to prevent the dough from bubbling.
Prebake the crust in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.

Spaghetti and Meatball Pizza
After the crust has prebaked, the fun starts! Grab your toppings and get ready to assemble.

Spaghetti and Meatball Pizza
Top your prebaked crust with the 1/2 cup pizza sauce. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheeses. Top with spaghetti noodles...move them around with a fork to space them out evenly.

Spaghetti and Meatball Pizza
Top with meatball halves. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.

Spaghetti and Meatball Pizza
It's the best of both worlds: pizza and spaghetti! Only less messy.
I promise you will LOVE this one!

O never heard of Rhodes bread but it does sound like an easy way to make a pizza crust! Not sure I'd make it a spaghetti and meatball pizza--cheese and pepperoni (lots of pepperoni) is more to my liking!

My kids get tired of eating the same thing night after night. This may be a little out there, but it looks fun & delicious. An Italian feast all in one bite!

I have to try this. Spaghetti is pretty much my favorite food and I think I would love it as a pizza too!

We have homemade pizza on a weekly basis in our house. I've done meatball pizza before, but never thought about putting spaghetti on it as well. I think my super hungry teens might love it.
