Rhodes Peach Kolachy Rolls

Enjoy peaches all year long with Rhodes Peach Kolachy Rolls!

Rhodes Peach Kolachy // TriedandTasty

We are coming out of the peach season and for the first time, I canned peaches! It was so fun to learn and I'm really looking forward to enjoying fresh peaches all year long. As I was browsing the Rhodes recipe index I came across this recipe that I knew would be perfect! In addition to the peaches, I canned honey-sweetened peach jam, which made this recipe ultra easy! I knew it would be the perfect way to give my jam a test run, and it definitely passed the test. These are so yummy#. With only a handful of ingredients they will be fun for you to make too. I highly recommend. But then again, I recommend anything made with Rhodes.

Here's what you will need: Rhodes Texas™ Rolls (thawed but still cold), peach jam or preserves, powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and milk.

Flatten each roll into a 3-inch circle. Place circles on a large sprayed baking sheet.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double. Remove wrap.

With fingertips press indentation in the center of each roll. In my experience, you will want to flatten the indent pretty far. As the rolls bake, they rise (of course) and the indent if not too firmly pressed will pop out :) You will then spoon in about 1 tablespoon of jam.

Bake immediately at 350°F for 15-20 minutes (during baking cycle add more jam if desired). Remove from pan to cooling rack. Combine powdered sugar, butter, vanilla and milk. Mix well.

Brush each roll lightly with icing while still warm. After they have cooled, drizzle with remaining icing. Enjoy!

Peach jam or preserves fill a perfect impression in these sweet rolls. They will want seconds of this glazed goodness.
