These Breakfast Sliders are easy, quick and delicious (and just the right size.) They're made using Rhodes Bake-N-Serv™ Warm-N-Serv™ Soft Dinner Rolls, so you know they're gonna be good!
We love it when Rhodes asks us to feature one of their recipes! (Especially because we get to eat it when we’re finished!) We found that these Breakfast Sliders are easy, quick and delicious. And just the right size. If you're making them for someone with a bigger appetite, they'll probably want to have a couple of them! This recipe is made using Rhodes Bake-N-Serv™ Warm-N-Serv™ Soft Dinner Rolls so you know they'll be good.
Here’s how we made them:
Bake the rolls according to the directions on the package. After baking, leave the oven on because you will be putting the sliders back in the oven to finish.
While the rolls are baking, whisk together the eggs with some salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter in the frying pan and scramble the eggs. I like to cook my scrambled eggs over low heat. When they are just about done (still a little bit shiny) separate them into 6 equal portions and remove from heat. They will be like a little patty.
Slice each roll in half and place the portions of eggs onto each roll. Then the sliced ham, followed with the slice of cheese.
Mix the melted butter, mustard, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce and poppy seeds. Brush over the top of each slider. After they're baked again, the tops of the rolls get crispy!
Bake 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve hot!

6 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls or Rhodes Warm-N-Serv® Soft Yeast Dinner Rolls, baked as instructed
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper to taste
12 slices deli ham
6 slices cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
scant 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
2 teaspoons mustard
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Whip eggs together with salt and pepper. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet and scramble the eggs. Half way through the scrambling, divide the eggs into 6 separate pieces and let cook so they don't fall apart.
Slice rolls in half and place on sprayed baking sheet. Place a cooked egg portion on the bottom halves of the rolls. Layer 2 slices of ham on top of each egg portion. Place a slice of cheese on top of ham. Place the top half of each roll on top of the cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients and brush over the tops of the rolls. Bake at 325°F 5-10 minutes or until cheese starts to melt.
