Rhodes Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pull Aparts. Talk about delicious!
You will need:

24 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold

2/3 cup canned pumpkin

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 cup melted butter

1/2 cup pecan pieces

Rhodes Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pull Aparts. Talk about delicious!Start by cutting each roll in half so you will have 48 pieces. You can use a knife or kitchen scissors. After cutting with a knife I grabbed my kitchen scissors and it made the job so much faster and easier. Cut the cream cheese into 48 equal pieces.

Take a piece of cream cheese and place inside a half of a roll and completely close as shown below.
Set the cream cheese filled rolls aside.

Take the cream cheese filled rolls and dip completely into the pumpkin mixture. Make sure they are entirely covered in the mixture. This can be a fun (although messy) part for kids to help with.

Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise until the dough is about one inch below the top of the pan.

Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Make sure to cover with foil during the last 10 minutes of baking to prevent too much browning.
