With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I wanted to come up with a recipe that put a fun twist on traditional Thanksgiving rolls. And these Pesto Parmesan Rolls do just that!

 

Hey there! It's me, Natalie, from The Creative Mom. I'm so excited to be here today sharing this quick and easy recipe for Pesto Parmesan Rolls.

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I wanted to come up with a recipe that put a fun twist on traditional Thanksgiving rolls. And these Pesto Parmesan Rolls do just that! 

Pesto Parmesan Rolls

 

Ingredients:

12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls 

1/2 cup prepared pesto

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

 

Instructions:

Place the frozen rolls out on sprayed surface to thaw. You want them thawed, but still cold.

Combine the rolls together and roll out into a 9x10 rectangle. Spread pesto on top.

Then sprinkle the shredded Parmesan Cheese on top the pesto.

And roll the whole thing up into a big tube and place on a baking sheet.

(Note: You can bake the whole thing in a tube like I did, or cut it into slices before baking. Either way will work fine, but slicing it first will prevent the center from being too doughy while the edges are more cooked.)

Place in a 400 degree oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Ingredients

12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
1/2 cup prepared pesto
1 cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine 12 rolls and roll into a 9x10-inch rectangle.

Spread the pesto onto the rectangle. Sprinkle cheese on top of pesto. Carefully start rolling one edge until the whole thing is rolled up. Press to seal edge.
Carefully place on a sprayed baking sheet.

Bake at 400°F 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Slice into rolls.
