Peaches and Cream Bread

Need a sweet treat? Try Rhodes Peaches and Cream Bread.

Hope everyone has enjoyed a great summer. I have a wonderful "peachy" recipe for you- Peaches and Cream Bread. Did you know that canned peaches come in several different flavors? Well they do, you should check it out. I picked the Harvest Spice Flavor of canned peaches for the is recipe. I love summer and I love spending time with my 3 kids but I have to say that fall is my favorite season of all. This can of peaches smelt like fall to me with Cinnamon and Nutmeg in the can. I love Cinnamon especially with Peaches.

Here is what you will need for the Peaches and Cream Bread:

12 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed and risen

1 3-ounce package cream cheese

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons flour

1 egg yolk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 16-oz can sliced peaches drained and thinly sliced (* there are different flavors, I used the Harvest Spice one)

Topping:

1 cup sour cream

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

fresh peach slices * I added lots of Cinnamon *

Cook completely and garnish with fresh peaches. I really liked adding the fresh peaches on the top, it gave it that extra peachy taste So if you like peaches and cinnamon in my case, you will love this Peaches and Cream bread.

You can use fresh peaches instead of the canned ones but they would need to be very ripe. The canned ones I used were firm and yummy. So here is a way to use those peaches and makes something a little bit different. Hope you enjoy it. Happy Baking :)
