Overnight Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole

Your kids are going to love making Overnight Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole.

This delicious breakfast casserole is the perfect way to start the weekend or the holidays.

There is nothing better than being in the kitchen with your kids or your grand kids, especially if you are making something that is easy and that they can help with it. This is a busy week for many with Thanksgiving on Thursday and hopefully it means that your house will be filled with family, friends and lots of good smells.

Aside from all of the traditional fare make sure to leave room for a delicious breakfast either on Thanksgiving day or over the weekend. This easy breakfast dish is a combination cinnamon rolls and french toast, what could be better than that? Maybe not better but certainly easier because you make this dish the night before and then pop it in the oven in the morning!

Gather your ingredients and set them aside.

Then cut the cinnamon rolls into pieces in the prepared pan.

Whisk the eggs, milk, cream, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl and pour over the rolls.

Top with the pecans and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator to raise overnight.

When you get up in the morning, preheat the oven to 375 and bake the rolls for 35-40 minutes or until the rolls are browned on top.

Once the roll are finished drizzle with a little frosting. Or you can add a little fresh fruit and more syrup and butter if you like.

Then sit down and enjoy breakfast with your family.
