Hi! I'm Alli from Cupcake Diaries and I'm back sharing another family-friendly recipe that my kids absolutely love. And even better...it's easy! This recipe uses a loaf of Rhodes White Bread. It's a great meal to make for your family for a Valentine's Day dinner. The kids will love helping put these Mini Heart Pizzas together! These pizzas are super easy to make. Let one loaf of Rhodes White Bread thaw for three hours. Then roll the dough out right on the counter until it's about a quarter inch thick or so. It will likely poof up a little bit (like at the bottom of mine), but that's ok! Use a heart cookie cutter to cut out the individual pizzas. I used a cutter about 4" in width at its largest point and was able to get 6 pizzas with it. Place pizzas on a greased cookie sheet. Add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and desired pizza toppings to each mini pizza. My boys love mini pepperonis on their pizza. Bake the pizzas and enjoy! Super easy and so fun for dinner on Valentine's Day. I hope you have a great Valentine's Day! Mini Heart Pizzas (makes about 6 pizzas)
