Load up the skewer and get out the sauce, it is time for dinner on a stick. A delicious meal or appetizer, these Meatball Sub Kabobs are fun for the whole family.

Originally called Twisted Meatball Subs from Rhodes Rolls, my kids instantly renamed these because we love to eat many of our meals on the summer in kabob for. And these Meatball Sub Kabobs weren’t any different. The best part of this sub on a stick it that it is less messy. Looking to add some melted cheese. Just top the meatball the last few minutes in the own with a ½ slice of provolone cheese and you’re set.

Speaking of summer fun, check out how your kids could have the chance to win $100 in a Rhodes Rolls coloring contest. Check out Rhodes Kids Baking for details. Trust me, they will want to enter.

So whether you are looking for an appetizer for your next outdoor barbeque or a fun twist on dinner try these Meatball Sub Kabobs. Not only will your kids love to eat them up, but they will love making them too. Enjoy! XOXO San
