It's that time of year, when appetizers are in full force; football games, tailgating parties, Holiday get togethers etc. Deborah has a simply delicious idea that will keep your friends and family coming back again and again, Meatball Bundles!

For me, the last few months of the year are all about the appetizers. Holiday parties abound, and what good is a holiday without some great pre-dinner appetizers? One requirement - at least for me - is that the appetizers are easy to prepare. No one wants to spend hours in the kitchen when it is party time!! These Meatball Bundles take a shortcut - using frozen meatballs - to make prep quick and easy. Pair them up with some marinara sauce for dipping, and you've got a crowd pleaser on your hands!

  Meatball Bundles

You will need 5 Rhodes Texas White Rolls, thawed, 10 frozen meatballs, thawed, 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella, 2 tablespoons of butter, melted and 1/3 cup breadcrumbs.

Meatball Bundles

Start by cutting each roll in half, so you'll have 10 pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a circle about 3 inches across.

Top each of the circles with some of the shredded mozzarella.

And then top with a meatball.

Take the edges of the roll and pinch them together at the top, forming a ball that completely encloses the cheese and the meatball.

Place the balls seam side down on a greased baking sheet.

And then roll the balls in the breadcrumbs to coat. Bake in a 350F oven for about 15 minutes, until the dough is cooked through and browned.

An easy appetizer - perfect for any crowd!
