Try this beautiful, sweet & tangy treat using lemon pie filling. And the little drizzle of icing on this warm, lemony loaf, is the perfect finishing touch on this Lemon Stromboli. It is so much fun to create yummy things with Rhodes dough. Sure you could make it yourself, but why? When it comes to the dough, Rhodes does all of the work for you and it turns out perfect every time! Have you ever noticed that Springtime just screams "lemon!" That's why I thought it would be fun to create a pretty, sweet & tangy treat using lemon pie filling. And the little drizzle of icing on this warm, lemony loaf, is the perfect finishing touch. Thaw 2 loaves of Rhodes Traditional White Bread Dough and allow to come to room temperature. Spray the counter top with non-stick spray and line a baking sheet with a parchment. Press the 2 loaves of dough together and roll them out into a 12 x 16" rectangle. Spread one can of lemon pie filling down the center third of the rectangle.
