There are times where you feel like you have all the time in the world to devote in the kitchen.... and then you wake up! I kid. I kid. Sometimes there are days when we do have more time to spend in the kitchen than other days. But then there are times that you just want to get in, get out, and be on your way. For days like those, these simple honey butter rolls are the perfect solution :)
All you need: Rhodes rolls (thawed, but still cold), honey, & butter. That's it!
Divide your rolls into 4 equal pieces.
Melt your butter, then add honey. I didn't do much measuring. I probably used 2 tbsp. of honey per 4 tbsp. of butter to give you an idea. Once the honey and butter are nicely melted together, dip each of the roll quarters in for a nice honey butter bath.
Place four quarters each into each cup of a sprayed muffin pan. If you have leftover honey butter, go ahead and drizzle that over every cup for an extra special treat.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy!
