I'm a fan of always trying out new things and love to experiment with fun and unique recipes. These Honey & Gorgonzola Crostini are just that! They have a strong, bold flavor that packs a punch! They are an unexpected surprise that would be fun at any gathering. With only four ingredients you can whip these babies up with little to no hassle. Not only that, with the help of Rhodes Warm N Serve Mini-Baguettes, you can have these ready in less than 15 minutes. Score! These Honey & Gorgonzola Crostini have a strong, bold flavor that packs a punch!Round up your ingredients: Rhodes Warm N Serve Mini-Baguettes (or Rhodes Crusty Rolls), olive oil, honey, & crumbled Gorgonzola cheese These Honey & Gorgonzola Crostini have a strong, bold flavor that packs a punch!Slice each crusty roll or baguette into 4 lengthwise slices. Lay each slice on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast in a 400°F oven for 6-8 minutes or until edges begin to brown. These Honey & Gorgonzola Crostini have a strong, bold flavor that packs a punch!Remove bread from oven and crumble cheese on top of each slice. Honey & Gorgonzola Crostini

This is a wonderful addition to any soup or salad.

Honey & Gorgonzola Crostini

Ingredients

8 Rhodes Artisan French Rolls or 3 Rhodes Mini Baguettes
1/4 cup olive oil
2/3 cup honey
8 ounces Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

Instructions

Slice each crusty roll or baguette into 4 lengthwise slices. Lay each slice on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast in a 400°F oven for 6-8 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Remove bread from oven and crumble cheese on top of each slice. Put back in oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese is starting to melt. Remove from oven and drizzle each slice with honey.
