Ham and Cheese Snackers

Dinner rolls are rolled up with ham, cheese, and other common ingredients. These Ham and Cheese Snackers make the perfect appetizer for any occasion!

This time of year is a time for a lot of get-togethers and outdoor parties. Finger foods are perfect for these types of events for guests to grab and easily eat. These Ham and Cheese Snackers are a great option for any party! They're really flavorful and fun.

Ham and Cheese Snackers

Begin by thawing 8 dinner rolls to room temperature. Spray counter lightly with cooking spray. Combine 4 rolls and roll into a 15 x 4 inch rectangle. Repeat with remaining 4 rolls.

Spread the middle of each rectangle with 2 teaspoons mustard.

Top each one with 1/2 cup ham , half of the cheese strips, half of the green onions, and half of the parsley. The next step will be a lot easier if you line the ingredients down the center of the dough so it doesn't take up so much space, as seen above. I was able to make the next step work, but I think it would have been easier had I put the cheese and ham in a more narrow line.

Fold the bottom third of each rectangle over the filling and fold the top third down over the bottom third. Pinch together to seal. Cut each into 12 equal pieces and place each piece on a sprayed baking sheet, seam side down.

Bake at 350°F 15 minutes or until golden brown.
