Ham and Cheese Roll Ups

These quick and easy Ham and Cheese Roll Ups are perfect for lunch ~ brunch ~ a delicious snack or even dinner. Click here to see the full recipe

Today I am sharing the recipe for these Ham and Cheese Roll Ups. This is one of my favorite lunch and/or dinner recipes.  They are easy to make and taste delicious!  These would also be good for a party snack. If you aren't a ham fan, you could use turkey or roast beef.  The meat and cheese combinations are endless! I hope you enjoy these as much as we did.

Here is what you will need:

deli ham

4 string cheese sticks

honey mustard dressing

6 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed

Roll the thawed dough into a 10-inch circle.

Cut circle into 8 wedges.

Top each wedge with some honey mustard dressing (about a teaspoon).

Top each wedge with 2 slices of ham.

Place 1/2 of a cheese stick on each wedge.

Starting with wide end, roll each wedge into a point.  Place on baking sheet.

Cover and let rise for 30-45 minutes.

Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes, until rolls are golden brown.

ENJOY!
