Ham and Cheese Bombs

Ham and Cheese BOMBS! A perfect after school snack, Lunch Box idea or meal on the go.

Ham and Cheese with Rhodes Bread are the perfect combination for a simple snack.
These Ham and Cheese Bombs are our new fave. The recipe is super simple, too...only three ingredients. Not that my sons are entering preteen-land (WAH?!?), cookies and milk no longer cut it for an after school snack. They need serious sustenance. These puppies totally fit the bill.

I like to make these when we have ham for dinner the night before...I save a few pieces and then use them for this. I also use two string cheese sticks. I cut up both items into bite sized pieces.
