Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wrap
What a fun summertime recipe! Buffalo Chicken Wrap. I love love love spicey chicken wings and bleu cheese!!! I have to admit that I prefer them boneless so this recipe is great because it calls for shredded chicken breast!
You will need the following:
12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
2 Cups Cooked, Shredded Chicken
1 Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
Crumbled Bleu Cheese
Ranch Dressing, If Desired
First thing you will need to do is thaw 12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls.
Once the dough is thawed spray your counter top with non-stick cooking spray. Incorporate 3 of the dinner rolls.
Once the rolls are formed into 1 larger ball, roll it into an 8 inch circle. I made each circle first and set them aside
I boiled the chicken first and then shredded it. I think it would be even better to grill the chicken...since you're heating the grill anyway!
I do have a tip for boiling anything. Place a wooden spoon across the top of the pan it will not boil over! I was skeptical when I saw this tip on Pinterest but IT WORKS!!! While the chicken is boiling go ahead and get your grill started.
After shredding the chicken you add your spicy wing sauce and set it aside.
Brush your grill with oil and place your dough on the grill. I did them one at a time but I'm sure you could probably do them 2 at a time. Grill on each side for about 45 seconds. If your dough starts to bubble just poke it with a knife or fork.
Add 1/2 cup chicken filling to each wrap, add crumbled bleu cheese and ranch dressing, if desired.
Wrap grilled dough around the filling.
I think that it would be a great idea to make the wraps smaller and serve them as an appetizer at a backyard party.

12 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup buffalo wing sauce
crumbled blue cheese
ranch dressing, if desired
Combine 3 dinner rolls and on a counter sprayed with non-stick cooking spray roll into an 8-inch circle.
Brush grill or grill pan, heated to medium, with olive oil. Grill 30-45 seconds on each side. Repeat with remaining rolls.
Combine and heat chicken and wing sauce.
Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken onto wrap. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and drizzle with dressing, if desired.
