Hey there, it's Natalie from The Creative Mom. One of my favorite holidays is Thanksgiving. I love sharing a fabulous meal with my family and just being grateful for all the wonderful blessings we've been given. Every year I get assigned to bring rolls to dinner. I love to bring my thankful rolls, because they are so fun. But these garlic parmesan rolls can't be beat. They are SO yummy! Your Thanksgiving guests will LOVE these dinner rolls.

Ingredients:

Rhodes Gourmet or Texas Frozen Rolls
1/2 cube softened butter (super soft, but not quite melted)
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

You start with Rhodes frozen, Gourmet White Dinner Rolls. I like to use the Gourmet White dinner rolls (found at Costco and Sams Club), they are much bigger and fluffier. Or you can use the Texas rolls in your local grocer's freezer.

This recipe will make 20 rolls. I always plan on at least 2 per person, and then add another dozen or two. These will make delicious leftovers.

Mix together the softened butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.

Roll the tops of your frozen dough balls in the mixture. Remember, you want your butter super soft, but not quite 100% melted, that way you get a little more to stick on the rolls.

Then place your rolls on a greased 13x18 Jelly Roll Pan (20 Texas or Gourmet dinner rolls will fit on this size of pan).

Keep your frozen rolls about an inch apart. Cover with plastic wrap, and let them rise for 4-5 hours until they have doubled in size.

Then bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. You want your tops to be golden brown.
