It has all of my favorite breakfast foods- eggs, bacon and scones. Yum! Give it a try, your families will thank you for it.
You will need:
Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed
Bacon, cooked
Fried egg
Oil for frying

Fry bread breakfast sandwich Start by taking your dinner rolls and cut them in half and flatten into a circle.  Let them rise for about 30 minutes. make sure to cover with sprayed plastic wrap. I wanted a larger sandwich so I didn't cut them in half.

Fry bread breakfast sandwich Stretch and flatten each roll into a circle. Drop each roll into pre-heated oil (medium high or 375°F). Cook on each side for about 15- 20 seconds or until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towel.

This Fry Bread Breakfast Sandwich is the breakfast sandwich of all breakfast sandwiches, it is beyond delicious. Make each sandwich by first placing one piece of fry bread, then bacon and egg and topping it off with another piece of fry bread. You can substitute the bacon for sausage or add cheese to change up the flavor.
