Hello again! It's Yvonne from Tried and Tasty. I'm excited to show you how to make a wonderful summertime dessert. That is, if summer will ever get here. Right now we've got rain and cold, but I'm looking forward to sunshine and warm! This fresh fruit pizza is the perfect addition to a family barbecue, neighborhood get together, church pot-luck, or just because! With the simple step by step instructions you will see that it's so easy anyone can make it! Let's get started!

Gather your ingredients: Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls or Rhodes Texas™ Rolls, milk, sugar, strawberry cream cheese spread, whipped topping, and your favorite fresh fruit.

Make sure your Rhodes Rolls are thawed to room temperature.

Clean and dry the area you will be using. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine rolls together.

Next, roll the dough into a 13-inch circle. I always find this to be the hardest part. Don't give up, just keep rolling and eventually it will get to the size you want it to be!

Place on a sprayed 12-inch pizza pan. Build up edges slightly. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Poke crust several times with a fork to prevent air bubbles from forming. Bake at 350°F 10-15 minutes until light golden brown. Set aside to cool.

Ingredients

9 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls or 6 Rhodes Texas Rolls, thawed to room temperature
1-2 tablespoons milk
1-2 tablespoons sugar
8 ounces strawberry cream cheese spread
1 cup whipped topping
fresh fruit as desired

Instructions

Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine rolls together and roll into a 13-inch circle.
