Easy Seasoned Dinner Rolls

"Sometimes it’s the old standby’s that really need to be shared..."  Here is the secret to "unbelievably delicious rolls".

I’ve been racking my brain trying to come up with my next post here on the Rhodes blog. I always try to go big and new with my creations, but sometimes it’s the old standby’s that really need to be shared. I was first introduced to Rhodes six years ago when I joined my husband for dinner at his parents place. We were dating at the time and I was a nervous wreck. I think I ate three bites of the entire meal except for the rolls. The seasoned rolls his mom prepared were unbelievably delicious. I went a few years before knowing her secret and today I’m sharing it with all of you! Let Rhodes help you look like an expert on the dinner table with these seasoned dinner rolls. There are really only three ingredients to these mounds of bread deliciousness… 1. Rhodes rolls 2. Butter (preferably salted) 3. Salad Supreme Let Rhodes help you look like an expert on the dinner table with these seasoned dinner rolls. That’s right… I said Salad Supreme. So strange, but trust me for a second. This stuff creates such a unique and delicious dinner roll that (when combined with Rhodes dinner rolls) will have your guests asking for your secret! I’ve tried it on my own homemade rolls, but it’s just not the same. Let Rhodes help you look like an expert on the dinner table with these seasoned dinner rolls. Start by melting your butter. Roll your frozen rolls in the melted goodness and place on a baking sheet, glass dish, or in this case a cupcake tin. If you want to go for a lighter seasoned roll you can sprinkle with the seasoning now. If not you can wait until they’ve risen and go to town.

Once rolled and seasoned, cover with sprayed plastic wrap, let rise in a warm place.  Let rise until doubled in size.Let Rhodes help you look like an expert on the dinner table with these seasoned dinner rolls. Bake in a preheated oven according to the directions on the back of the package and serve with your favorite meal.

We used this batch to go along side some lasagna! My husbands personal favorite way to enjoy these seasoned rolls

I’m pretty sure they are the only ones I know that use the rolls as a scooping device to lop up any extra sauce or gravy that wasn’t used during the meal. Ingredients

1. Rhodes Rolls 
2. Butter (preferably salted)
3. Salad Supreme

Instructions

Start by melting your butter. Roll your frozen rolls in the melted goodness and place on a baking sheet, glass dish, or a cupcake tin.
If you want to go for a lighter seasoned roll you can sprinkle with the seasoning now. If not you can wait until risen.
Once rolled and seasoned, cover with sprayed plastic wrap, let rise in a warm place. Let rise until doubled in size.
Bake in a preheated oven according to the directions on the back of the package and serve with your favorite meal.
