Double Chocolate Monkey Bread

Classic monkey bread gets a double chocolate makeover in this decadent recipe. Only five ingredients needed, including the rolls!

I'm one of those people who has to have chocolate every day. Even if it's just a few chocolate chips, I need to have my chocolate! Making this Double Chocolate Monkey Bread was one of my better chocolate decisions.

It took four ingredients plus the rolls to make this plate of chocolate goodness. I love the chocolate gooeyness when the rolls are pulled apart. This is a perfect treat for Sunday afternoon with the family.

Begin by greasing a bundt pan well and placing 8 Rhodes frozen dinner rolls in the large spaces of the pan and 8 more rolls in the smaller spaces over top.

Sprinkle chocolate pudding right over top of the rolls.

Then sprinkle chocolate chips all over the rolls.

Next, add the brown sugar.

And finally, drizzle with melted butter.

Cover with a dish towel and let rise about 6 hours, or until rolls reach the top of the pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350° and invert onto a plate to serve.

These rolls are so yummy! I'm already looking forward to making them again.

  • 16 Rhodes frozen white dinner rolls
  • 1 (3oz) package chocolate instant pudding
  • 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
