Crusty Bruschetta

I sure do love bruschetta. It's the PERFECT appetizer for any Italian meal.

I sure do love bruschetta. It's the PERFECT appetizer for any Italian meal. The flavors work so wonderfully together and with this easy recipe you can have yourself an impressive appetizer for your family or your dinner guests. I've said it before, but my favorite recipes are those that have around five ingredients or less. I've recently started baking with the Rhodes Crusty Rolls and I LOVE them! They are so perfect to pop right in the oven and are done in no time. No rising needed. The bruschetta together with the crusty rolls are the perfect pairing. Try this out today. You won't be disappointed.

This is a delicious way to enjoy the fresh garden tomatoes that are available at Farmer's Markets or your own garden this time of year. Rhodes French Crusty Rolls with their light, crispy exterior and tender interior are the perfect vehicle for homegrown tomatoes. We cut the rolls in half so that the juices don't leak onto your hand like most bruschetta recipes
