I have a huge obsession with Spinach Artichoke Dip. Lately I’ve been craving it all the time. So I’ve been experimenting with some more filling recipes that I can use Spinach Artichoke Dip in that will hit the spot, but not let me go overboard! My favorite is a very simple 4 ingredient dinner that includes cheese, chicken, bread and the delicious dip! Its an unbeatable combination of flavors.
Let me show you how to throw this delicious dinner together!
Thaw 12 Rhodes dinner rolls.
Preheat oven to 375. Prep thawed chicken in foil packs and season with a little salt, pepper, garlic and a 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Bake for about 20 minutes. Depending on how thick your chicken is it could take longer. I cut my chicken breasts in half so that they cook all the way through faster.
Once chicken is cooked, shred or cut into slices. Pull out your cheese and Spinach Artichoke Dip, too!
Roll out your dough into a big rectangle about 9 x 13. Spread Spinach Dip in the middle of your rectangle. I am a huge fan of Sam’s Spinach Artichoke Dip!! We almost always have a tub of this delicious stuff in our fridge!
Top with sliced chicken.
Add a little cheese.
Cut slits along each side of your mountain of toppings. Mmmm.
Braid your dough over the chicken and cheese. Alternate pulling one piece from each side. Making sure to tuck the ends underneath so that the stay put while baking.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Serve it up with a delicious salad and some fruit and you’ve got yourself a perfect, fancy dinner!!
