If you have a sweet tooth like me, then you will love this dish. The Rhodes Cream Cheese Danish recipe is both sweet and filling. That's a win win in my book. Shall we get started making them?

 

 

If you have a sweet tooth, then you will love this dish made with Rhodes Bread.
First start with: 8 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold 4 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Flatten each roll into a 3 inch circle. Place on a large baking sheet. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double in size. Combine cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Remove the plastic wrap from the rolls. Using your fingertips press indentation in the center of each roll. Fill with about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.

Next you will need:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2-3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Combine all ingredients and brush over rolls while warm. I even drizzled more of the glaze on top of each roll.

Ingredients

8 Rhodes Yeast Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
4 ounces cream cheese,softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2-3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
