Hey y'all! It's Amber from Dessert Now, Dinner Later! I feel like it's been forever since I've made a recipe here on the Rhodes blog. I had a baby boy last month and I've been relaxing (Well, let's be honest, sleeping any chance I get!) and enjoying the snuggles, but it's time to get back to blogging. Anyway, I'm super excited about today's recipe because it's so EASY, and super TASTY! These cordon bleu sliders are the perfect appetizer, snack, or potluck item! I brought them to a family bbq and they were gobbled up before the burgers and brats! That's saying something! Spread the the mayo mixture on the top half of each roll and complete your slider by placing it on top of the melted cheese.
