Cinnamon Roll Trifle

Check out this fun twist on a fun and classy dessert! Cinnamon rolls, white chocolate and strawberries make for the perfect combination! Yum!

Spring is the perfect time for beautiful, fresh and vibrant desserts like this classic trifle with a twist. Light and fluffy cinnamon rolls pair perfectly with sweet and juicy strawberries and top it all off with layers of whipped white chocolate pudding. Di-vine!Cinnamon Roll Trifle

This dessert is so easy to pull off! Once your Cinnamon Rolls are baked (30 minutes) the whole dessert can be put together in under 20 minutes. 

Gather all your ingredients so you’re ready to go! All you need to pull off this delicious dessert is one package of Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls, a pound of strawberries, 2 packets of white chocolate pudding mix, milk and cool whip.

First off, put your Cinnamon Rolls straight in the oven!

While your rolls are baking, mix 3 cups of milk and your white chocolate pudding mix. Mix on low for 2-3 minutes until the pudding thickens up.

Fold in 8 ounces of cool whip and let chill until everything is ready to layer.

Now its time to slice those strawberries up!! I love slicing them so they will look beautiful when they are all layered up in the trifle bowl. I sliced mine up into pretty circles.Cinnamon Roll Trifle

Pull the cinnamon rolls out and let them cool. Once cooled slice the cinnamon rolls so they are ready to layer. Cinnamon Roll Trifle

Start layering with your white chocolate pudding mixture.

Add your cinnamon rolls and then a layer of strawberries. Repeat until your trifle bowl is full and add one last layer of strawberries to the top!

Ingredients

6 Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls, baked and cooled
2 packages white chocolate instant pudding mix
3 cups milk
8 ounces cool whip
1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

Bake cinnamon rolls as directed on package and let cool.

Combine pudding mixes and milk. Mix with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes. Fold in cool whip.

Cut cinnamon rolls into small pieces. In a trifle bowl, layer pudding, cinnamon rolls, strawberries. Repeat with another layer of each. Top with pudding and decorate with strawberries.
