I have to admit, the most difficult and deterring part of making cinnamon rolls is the actual rolling up part...am I right? I mean, there's a lot of stress involved with that...is it even? Are there air pockets that form ugly holes once its baked? Is the cinnamon/sugar evenly dispersed before rolling? Gracious. It's just *almost* too much to handle, y'all.
But goodness, these Cinnamon Nut Flatbreads are my new besties...it's like a deconstructed cinnamon roll. As in, no actual rolling. Bada bing. Bada Boom.

Rhodes Dinner Rolls
They start with a fave...Rolls Dinner Rolls. Just let them thaw and you're ready to roll. Or...not. Ha!

After combining eight thawed out rolls, you'll use a roller to smooth it out into a large rectangle.

Using a fork, poke holes all over the dough, so it doesn't rise too much during baking.

Besides the dough, you'll also grab cinnamon, sugar, walnuts, and butter. Just like regular cinnamon rolls, spread the butter over the flattened dough. Combine your other ingredients and evenly sprinkle on top of the buttered dough.

Tada! That's it...no rolling. You'll pop it into the oven just like this.

After your flatbread has baked, you'll drizzle a simple glaze on top...preferably while its still warm.
