I'm a sucker for cinnamon rolls. Seriously, you put them in front of me and I cannot resist. It's dangerous. But do you know what is even more dangerous? Adding fun toppings to those cinnamon rolls. And a crumble. A crumble top gets me every time. These cinnamon rolls not only combine all of my favorite things, but they are SO easy to put together. And they are made even easier by using Rhodes Anytime Cinnamon Rolls - so no waiting for rolls to rise!!
All you need is a package of Rhodes Anytime Cinnamon Rolls, 21 oz can of blueberry pie filling, 1/2 C. flour, 1/4 C. softened butter, 1/2 C. brown sugar and 1 C. chopped pecans.
Start by taking the cinnamon rolls out of the package, spray it with nonstick cooking spray, and then put them back in.
Pour the entire can of pie filling over the rolls.
Spread it out, letting it get in between the rolls.
In a bowl, combine the flour, butter, brown sugar and pecans. Use a fork or a pastry cutter to combine it all.
Sprinkle the mixture over the pie filling. Put it on a baking sheet - you'll probably have some overflow - bake the rolls according to the instructions on the package.
When they are done, top them with the frosting packet that came with the rolls. And then enjoy!! But beware - it's hard to eat just one!!

6 Rhodes AnyTime! Cinnamon Rolls
21 ounce can blueberry pie filling
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
cream cheese frosting (included with AnyTime!
Remove rolls from pan. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and replace rolls.
Spread blueberry pie filling evenly over and between rolls. Combine butter, flour, brown sugar and pecans and sprinkle over pie filling.
Bake at 350°F 45-50 minutes. Drizzle with cream cheese frosting while still warm.
