Christmas Tree Pizza

This is a fun Christmas pizza that the kids can all help make, decorate and eat!

This Alfredo pizza is delicious and would be the perfect thing to make for your next holiday party from Rhodes.
My four year old loves helping me cook. Not all recipes are kid friendly enough for him to help out but this one definitely is. We had a fun time baking this Christmas tree pizza together and even more fun eating it after. This Alfredo pizza is delicious and would be the perfect thing to make for your next holiday party.

Step 2. Place 16 Rhodes rolls in a pyramid shape on the baking sheet. Start with one at the top, two under it, then three, then four and the last row has five rolls. Make sure to leave some space between each roll.
The trunk of the tree is made by placing one roll under the last row of five, in the middle.

Step 3. Flatten and press the rolls together to form a tree shape. Leave the outside edge slightly rounded so the sauce and toppings don't run off.
This was my son's favorite part. I made him wash his hands really well and then he got to squish the rolls with his hands.

Step 4.  Poke the tree several times with a fork to prevent bubbles from forming. Again, this is another fun part for kids to help with.

Step 5. Prebake the crust at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Step 7. Cover with mozzarella cheese.

Step 8.  Decorate with pepperoni and peppers. Cut different shapes as desired.
If you have a small cookie cutter you could cut your pepperoni into small ornament type shapes.

Step 9. Bake another 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
