I'm so excited to be sharing this recipe today for Chocolate Pecan Pie Cobbler. It is one of my favorite things that I have made with Rhodes Rolls. It's warm and gooey and pairing it with vanilla ice cream takes it over the top! It's been added to our family favorite dessert recipes. I think the fact that it was eaten up in the first five minutes of us serving says a lot for this dish. This Chocolate Pecan Pie Cobbler with Rhodes Rolls is warm and gooey. Pair it with vanilla ice cream to create a rich and delicious cobbler. Here's what you need to make this: 8 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed 1 cup corn syrup 1 cup sugar 3 eggs 2 teaspoons rum flavoring 1 1/2 cups whole pecans 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips ice cream, if desired This Chocolate Pecan Pie Cobbler with Rhodes Rolls is warm and gooey. Pair it with vanilla ice cream to create a rich and delicious cobbler. It was incredibly easy to make. First, thaw 8 Rhodes Frozen Dinner Rolls and then cut them into fourths. Mix the corn syrup, sugar, eggs, and rum flavoring together until well combined. Mix in chocolate chips and pecans (I had chocolate chips from Halloween which why there is some orange in there!). Finally, add the pieces of dinner roll and combine. Add to sprayed 9x13 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, covering with foil the last 10 minutes to avoid over browning.
