1 tablespoon olive oil
1 green pepper, sliced

2 cloves garlic minced
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup salsa
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese

What a clever idea for pizza dough-- we make homemade pizzas (with pre-made dough) quite a bit. I'll have to keep this in mind!
