You will need:

18 Rhodes dinner rolls, thawed but still cold
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil

Stir in the grated cheese.

Place mixed rolls into a greased 9x9 baking dish.  Cover with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with baking spray.  Set in a warm area of your kitchen and let rise until double in size, about an hour.

1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

Cut each roll into fourths. Place in a large bowl and toss with cheese, onion, olive oil and spices until well combined.

Place in a sprayed 9x9-inch square baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double.

Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 30-40 minutes. Cover with foil last 10 minutes, if needed, to prevent over browning.
