Hey, it's Natalie from The Creative Mom. A couple Summers ago, I came up with a really fun recipe to use in my dutch oven. The recipe was for Cheesy Garlic Bites. And oh, my goodness, I dream of that recipe and can't wait to pull my dutch oven out in the Summer to make them again. Now I don't know why, but it just now occurred to me that I can make these little morsels of goodness without my dutch oven- yes, I'm a genius. So I skipped the dutch oven and made these little babies in my oven while it's snowing outside! They were just as delicious as I remembered, and they will pretty much be a side dish with every meal I make from now on and forever.

Ingredients:

12 Rhodes frozen rolls
1/4 cup (1/2 cube) butter or margarine
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 cups grated cheese (use whatever you like. Mine was a blend of cheddar, mozzarella, and provolone)

 Directions:

Start by setting your rolls out to thaw. You want them thawed, but don't let them rise.

Once they are thawed, cut the rolls into fourths. I used my kitchen scissors, and it worked perfectly!

Pour the butter, cheese, and seasonings over top the rolls, then toss until evenly coated (you might want to do this in a large mixing bowl rather than your baking dish).

Place ingredients in a 9x13 baking dish.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
