Caramel Cinnamon Roll Bites

Today I want to share how I made  Caramel Cinnamon Roll Bites with Rhodes frozen Cinnamon Rolls.

I love cooking with Rhodes rolls. My Fancy Frozen Rolls are a huge hit around our house, and I have found a new love for Rhodes frozen Cinnamon Rolls too. They are great all by themselves, but I love trying them out in new recipes. My family always thinks I'm a pro chef when I whip these recipes up, and I just sit back and smile, cause they have no idea how easy they are! Today I want to share how I made these Caramel Cinnamon Roll Bites with Rhodes frozen Cinnamon Rolls.

Once they are thawed, but while they are still cold, cut them in fourths. I used my kitchen scissors.

Pour your melted butter on top and toss once more. You could skip this step if you are going for a healthier option, but the butter helps keep it from getting too dry.

Then bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Mix together your cream cheese frosting (included with your cinnamon rolls) and your caramel sauce. Pour over the entire pan. Mmmmm. This, my friends, is the best part of the recipe. Not only does this topping taste amazing, but I don't mix the frosting and the caramel together all the way, so it's a little bit marbled, and the drizzle on top makes it look like it came straight from your favorite bakery.

These Caramel Cinnamon Roll Bites are an AMAZING tasting breakfast dish or dessert. They are sweet and soft, with a little crunchy crumble. Try topping it with whip cream or ice cream for an extra special treat.

This recipe was inspired by this Dutch Oven Caramel Apple Pie. So if you want to try tossing some apples in the mix, or if you'd like to cook this recipe in a dutch oven, give it a go! I'm sure it would taste great!

These sound awesome! Can't wait to try it! Do the rolls not need to rise at all for this recipe? Just wondering.
