Today we're featuring another award winning recipe from our latest Rhodes Employee Recipe contest. We introduced it in this post and told you about the first winning recipe, Triple Berry Cobbler, last week. The basic rules of the contest were simple: 1) the recipe had to contain our new Microwave Cinnamon Rolls, and 2) it had to be cooked in the microwave.

This recipe was created by Stacie. She first started working for Rhodes as a product demonstrator back in the day. Stacie is married to Scott, who also works for Rhodes in the IT department. She is the mother of 6 and loves trying new recipes for her family. Her favorite Rhodes recipe is Braided Spaghetti Bread. Her pastimes include coaching soccer, reading, and scrapbooking.

Berry Peachy Sweet RollsServings: 1 | Skills: Beginning | Prep Time: 5 min (not including thaw time) | Bake Time: 1-2 min
The delicious flavors of raspberries and peaches combine to make this a very tasty sweet roll.Berry Peachy Sweet Rolls
1 Rhodes Microwave Cinnamon Roll
1 tablespoon peach jam
5 or 6 fresh raspberries
icing packet (included with cinnamon rolls)
Microwave cinnamon roll for 20 seconds. Press an indent into the middle of the roll with a spoon. Fill the indent with the peach jam and the raspberries. Return to microwave and cook for 60 seconds. Drizzle with icing.
