These little BBQ pork grilled flatbreads are a summer time favorite at my house. They only take a few minutes to make and they taste delicious. You can fold them over and eat it as a sandwich or decorate them with a little toothpick flag and serve at your next party or shower.

Per flat bread you will need:
1 Rhodes roll (I like to use the Texas Rolls) thawed
1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil
A pinch of salt
Heat and eat BBQ pork

Roll out your thawed Rhodes rolls into a circle (about 4 to 5 inches diameter) with a rolling pin and brush both sides with olive oil and salt.
Place rolls on a preheated grill. Cook on medium to high heat for about 2-3 minutes each side.

Top the bread with hot BBQ pork. I will usually pick up heat & eat BBQ pork from my local butcher.
Using an ice cream scoop to serve your pork, will make the servings equal in size and makes less of a mess.

If you want to make a sandwich follow the same directions but fold in half after dishing the BBQ pork.
