I mean, how could you go wrong with bread, meat, bacon and cheese? Today I am going to share with you a recipe for Bacon Cheeseburger Flatbreads. These flatbreads are super easy to make and pack a ton of flavor!  I could eat these every day! These flatbreads are great for lunch or a quick dinner. The flatbread is great on its own, but it is really over the top with the warm hamburger, bacon and cheddar. I mean, how could you go wrong with bread, meat, bacon and cheese? 

Let's get to it! 

I mean, how could you go wrong with bread, meat, bacon and cheese?Thaw 6 Rhodes dinner rolls. This will take about 25-30 minutes. If you are in a hurry, pop the dough in the microwave for 45 seconds. 

I used the microwave method, and it worked great!

 

 

I mean, how could you go wrong with bread, meat, bacon and cheese? While the rolls are thawing, brown a pound of hamburger meat in a medium skillet.

 

 

I mean, how could you go wrong with bread, meat, bacon and cheese? Drain the fat and add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion flakes and pepper. Stir and simmer over low heat while you make the flatbread.

Don't worry if they are funky shapes.

 

 

I mean, how could you go wrong with bread, meat, bacon and cheese? Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

Bacon Cheeseburger Flatbread
6 Rhodes Frozen Dinner Rolls
canola oil
1 lb hamburger
1 Tbsp dried minced onion flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
6 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
Allow dinner rolls to thaw, 25-30 minutes.
While the rolls are thawing, brown hamburger meat. Drain fat. Stir in onion flakes, garlic powder, pepper, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 5-10 minutes over low heat.
Once rolls are thawed, roll out at thin as possible. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of canola oil in skillet over low heat. Cook bread about 1 minute on each side. Drain on paper towels.
Top fried bread with warm meat mixture. Top meat with some bacon pieces and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

6 Rhodes Frozen Dinner Rolls

1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 Tablespoon ketchup
2 Tablespoon mustard
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Allow dinner rolls to thaw, 25-30 minutes.

While the rolls are thawing, brown hamburger meat. Drain fat. Stir in onion flakes, garlic powder, pepper, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
