Hello, it's Yvonne from Tried and Tasty and I'm back with another great recipe for you. It's the holiday season and the perfect time for this recipe. Made with Rhodes cinnamon rolls, you won't believe how quickly and easily this recipe comes together. Not only that, your house will smell AMAZING while this is baking. You'll have a hard time waiting the full bake time, but trust me - it will be worth it! 

Apple Streusel Breakfast Bake

Here's what you'll need: 12 Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls (thawed but still cold), 2 eggs, 1/2 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. flour, 3 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 can apple pie filling, and cream cheese frosting (included with rolls).

Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 pieces and arrange evenly in a sprayed 9x13 inch baking dish.

Whisk together eggs, cream, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.

Pour over rolls, coating each piece.

Spread apple pie filling evenly over the roll pieces.

Combine streusel topping ingredients.

Sprinkle over apple pie filling. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour.

Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 45-60 minutes. Cover with foil last 15 minutes if necessary to prevent over browning.

 Remove from oven and drizzle with frosting.
