Lemon Drops

If you like Lemon, then these Rhodes Lemon Drops will be right up your alley.

If you like lemon, then these will be right up your alley! When I saw the recipe, they immediately reminded me of the yummy Rhodes Lemon Pull Aparts that are absolutely DIVINE! These are more of an "individualized" version ;)

They were very easy to throw together and the perfect sweet treat for Spring (or any time for that matter!). With only 4 ingredients, I'm sure you'll whip them up in no time!

Gather up your ingredients: Rhodes Dinner Rolls (thawed but still cold), sugar, lemon peel, ground nutmeg (if using), and some melted butter

Use 1 Texas™ roll or combine 2 dinner rolls together. In a small bowl combine sugar, lemon peel and nutmeg.

Dip tops of rolls in butter and then in sugar mixture. Place in sprayed muffin cups, sugar side up. Make a 1/2-inch deep cut on the top center of each roll. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double.

Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan immediately and place on cooling racks.
