Hey guys! Tiffany from Feel Great in 8 here! I'm excited to be back sharing another healthy and delicious Rhodes recipe with you! I'm especially excited about this super quick and easy grilling recipe! Can you believe summer is right around the corner?! One of the things I love most about summertime is grilling!

Healthy meals don't get easier and more tasty than throwing meat and veggies on the grill (or, in my case, asking my awesome husband to do it :)). And, you gotta love the easy cleanup!

When you pull out the grill this summer, you definitely have to give this incredibly simple grilled flatbread a try! It literally takes 10 minutes start to finish and makes a delicious side for any summer dinner. Or, add your favorite toppings for a complete meal. We love topping them with grilled steak, veggies, and a little sprinkle of cheese. YUM!

STEP ONE: Thaw your favorite Rhodes dough (we love the Cracked Wheat Rolls).

You can either cover with plastic wrap or thaw for a few hours on the counter.  Or use the defrost setting on your microwave. While your rolls are thawing, get your grill nice and hot.

STEP TWO: Roll each roll into a circle about 1/4 inch thick. They don't have to be perfect, grilled food is supposed to be rustic.

STEP THREE: Once the grill is hot (we had ours on high and the temperature was at right around 350 degrees F) carefully place each piece of dough onto the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes and then flip each piece and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through and the bread has beautiful grill marks.

STEP FOUR: Eat hot as a side with your favorite grilled meal, or add your favorite toppings. ENJOY!
