Tomato Focaccia

Try this healthy focaccia as an appetizer or for your main dish. Delicious!

  1. 12 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
  2. olive oil
  3. cherry or grape tomatoes
  4. fresh rosemary
  5. sea salt


  1. Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Roll combined rolls into a 10x14-inch rectangle.

  3. Place in a 9x13-inch sprayed pan.

  4. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 30 minutes.

  5. Remove wrap.

  6. Press dough down with fingers to form a dimpled surface.

  7. Brush with olive oil.

  8. Top with tomato halves and fresh rosemary.

  9. Sprinkle with sea salt.

  10. Bake at 350°F 20-30 minutes.
