Simple Cinnamon Rolls

These rolls are simple to make and simply wonderful to eat.

Ingredients

  1. 12 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
  2. 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  5. Icing:
  6. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  7. 1 tablespoon milk
  8. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Roll each roll into a 10-inch rope.

  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

  3. Place butter in another shallow bowl.

  4. Dip each rope in butter and then in cinnamon sugar.

  5. Coil each rope and place in a sprayed 9x13-inch baking pan.

  6. Sprinkle any remaining cinnamon sugar over rolls.

  7. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.

  8. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

  9. Combine icing ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.
