Grilled Mozzarella Rolls

Ingredients

  1. 6 Rhodes Warm-N-Serv™ Soft Dinner Rolls or Crusty Rolls, thawed
  2. olive oil
  3. fresh mozzarella cheese
  4. fresh basil, slivered

Instructions

  1. Cut rolls in half horizontally.

  2. Brush cut sides with olive oil.

  3. Grill, cut sides down, on your outdoor grill until browned.

  4. Top grilled sides with a slice of fresh mozzarella cheese.

  5. Grill until cheese begins to melt.

  6. Remove from grill and top with fresh basil.
