Peach Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  1. 9 Rhodes Warm-N-Serv™ Soft White Dinner Rolls, baked and day old
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 1 1/2 cups milk
  4. 1/3 cup sugar
  5. 1 teaspoon almond extract
  6. 21 ounce can Peach Pie Filling

Instructions

  1. Cut rolls into 1/2 inch cubes.

  2. Place cubes in a sprayed 8-inch square baking pan.

  3. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, almond extract and 1 cup peach pie filling.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Pour over roll cubes.

  6. Press down with a spoon to make sure all of the roll cubes are covered with egg mixture.

  7. If time permits, let soak for 30 minutes.

  8. Bake at 350°F 30-40 minutes.

  9. Heat remaining pie filling and serve over warm pudding.
